Starting this week, the National Association of Broadcasters will ratchet up the digital TV promotional campaign with three new public service announcements to promote the converter box coupons. It also has enlisted WLWT-TV and WXIX-TV managers and engineers to be part of the nationwide digital TV speakers bureau.
