MARCO ISLAND, Florida -- Longtime WDTN Sports Direcotr Omar Williams passed away Sunday morning at his home in Marco Island, Florida. Williams was 83 years old and known as "The Dean of Dayton Sportscasters."He started his Dayton broadcasting career in 1951, eventually becoming sports director for WDTN. Williams retired in 1996 and was inducted into The Dayton Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2003.
