For one Westerville resident, the 13th times the charm.
Videographer Chris Hedrick was awarded two Emmy awards during the 44th Annual Ohio Valley Regional Emmy awards on Saturday, Aug. 9. During the last 10 years he had been nominated 13 times for the top prize.
"After all these years, it's a relief more than anything," Hedrick said.
