WBKI to Partially Shut off Analog Signal

Most Louisville-area television stations apparently will wait until June to shut down their analog broadcasts, but at least one station will partially meet next week's original digital changeover deadline.

WBKI -- The CW Louisville plans to keep Channel 28's analog signal in the metro area through June 12, the new date granted by Congress to U.S. broadcasters. But its analog signal on Channel 34, which covers about 30 counties outside Jefferson County, will go dark next Tuesday.
