A memorial was held Saturday for Cincinnati television legend Al Lewis.
Lewis died on Feb. 28 at the Heartland of Hillsboro center. He was 84 years old.
Remembering "Uncle Al"
The service was held at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Hillsboro, Ohio. No visitation was scheduled.
“Uncle Al,” as he was known for 35 years, was known for the "Uncle Al Show" on WCPO.
He starred in the show along with his wife of 59 years, Wanda “Captain Windy” Lewis.
