Armstrong Cable's recent decision to drop Columbus CBS station WBNS Channel 10 represents an effort to catch up with Federal Communications Commission regulations, according to an Armstrong official.
On Aug. 27, Armstrong will drop WBNS Channel 10 and only air the Cleveland CBS affiliate, WOIO Channel 19.
