Time Warner Cable customers with the lowest tiers of service will be charged a rate increase come November.
Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) said Wednesday it planned to raise rates for customers with the basic cable and expanded basic cable service tiers. Those customers will get a 10 percent to 12 percent increase beginning next month.
