The Herald-Leader's occasional series Ad Analysis has been on vacation for a year. So we'll kick life back into it with two entries this week. This installment focuses on a WKYT-27 weather promotion that viewers suggest might poke fun at a rival station, as well as an ad by Kentucky Utilities' parent company that touts its connection to a clean coal plant project as the plans for it imploded.
