Lots of new TV episodes - thanks to the writers back at work - didn't bring all of us back to TV during May "sweeps" month.
Prime-time viewing was down 6 percent from May a year ago for ABC, CBS and NBC here - after tumbling 20 percent in February due to the 100-day writers' strike.
Local TV station managers worried in February that viewers had found alternative entertainment during the strike, and might not return to network shows.
