Emmis Communications Corp. announced this morning that it has agreed to sell the last of its TV stations—WVUE, the Fox affiliate in New Orleans (DMA 53)—to Louisiana Media Co., which is principally owned by Tom Benson, owner of the New Orleans Saints.
