AT&T's entry this week as a major competitor for Time Warner is just the beginning of the growing telecommunication choices for consumers in Ohio and the Dayton area. More than 30 franchises have been approved by the Ohio Department of Commerce to offer video services in the state since the Video Competition Act was signed into law last June.
