Late last year, NBC sold WTVJ Miami's tower to Richland Tower and then leased back space on it so that WTVJ could continue broadcasting from it. In March of this year, NBC and Richland struck a similar deal involving the towers of WRC Washington, KNSD San Diego and KXAS Dallas.
