Raising the Roof for the Ruth Lyons Fund

WLWT-TV and the Clermont Home Builders Association are raising the roof for Ruth Lyons, Cincinnati's most popular TV/radio entertainer in the 1950s and '60s.

Channel 5 officials and the builders break ground about 5 p.m. today in the Reserves of Greycliff development in Clermont County's Miami Township for a $300,000 home to be raffled off for Channel 5's Ruth Lyons' Children's Fund. The two-story home - with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage - will be completed in spring.
