We love a good birthday party, and that's what WXIX-TV (Channel 19) has planned for its 40th birthday this month.
Repeats of "Hattie the Witch" and other Larry Smith puppets, the Cool Ghoul, Michael Flannery's "Club Nineteen," the 1984-86 Hudy Gold/WEBN fireworks, and the debut telecasts of the morning, 10 p.m. and midnight news will air late overnights late Saturday/early Sunday in August.
